Warranties
Warranty Conditions.
It is important to note that the warranty does not apply to Color or Model, as it is shipped subject to availability and this product has no variables.
The warranty does not apply to the model or color of products that do not have variables; they are shipped subject to availability. Similarly, the warranty does not apply to the intensity of colors published in the image.
No warranty applies on top of another warranty.
* NOTE: If a warranty is approved, the replacement will not be sent until the product for which the warranty is being approved is received. Once received, the replacement will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. *
Conditions for submitting a Warranty on the platform.
All warranties, to be processed, must include sufficient information with videos or photos where the damage or malfunction can be evidenced. And it must include the delivery guide with which it arrived. (The guide acts as an invoice for claiming the order)
Conditions for returning a product.
* To make the return effective, the product must be properly protected, taking care of the condition of the original packaging, including all documents and/or manuals and accessories (if applicable). Additionally, the status of the guide must be DELIVERED to proceed.
Warranty for Missing parts
* Missing parts or broken, damaged, and dented products: To initiate a warranty process, you have a maximum of 2 days to report it from the receipt of the product, through the platform, in which the issue must be specified and argued with evidence (photos and videos of the received condition of the product with its packaging and a photo or video of the received guide).
Right of withdrawal
* Law 1480 of 2011/ To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must return the product to the supplier in the same conditions in which they received it. The transportation costs and others incurred by the return are borne by the consumer. The maximum period to exercise the right of withdrawal will be five (5) business days, counted from the delivery of the product. The right of withdrawal will be automatically voided if the product was used or is not in the same delivery conditions, with its accessories, security seals, manuals, and whatever it entails.
Manufacturing defects
* To make the report, you have a 30-day warranty for product operation and/or damages not related to its proper functioning. It is important to provide evidence (video) where the product is not working, and it must be reported through the platform.
In cases of Changes or return of warranties.
* In cases where a warranty for malfunction or product change is approved. The original product must be sent to our warehouses. Once the product arrives, we will have 48 hours for the shipment of the product for exchange or repair.
