We offer structured logistics processes, transparent policies, and efficient service to strengthen your reputation with your customers.📦 SHIPPING PROTOCOL We manage a clear and reliable process to ensure timely deliveries:Monday to Friday: We process orders placed until 11:30 a.m. We generate guides before noon and dispatch in the afternoon of the same day.Saturdays: Since carriers pick up earlier, we generate guides at 9:30 a.m. It is recommended to upload orders before that time to ensure dispatch on Saturday.Sundays and holidays: Carriers do not work, so no dispatches are made on those days.Delivery estimates in Bogotá (once the guide is processed and delivered to the carrier):Shipments within Bogotá: generally delivered in 2 to 5 business days, thanks to direct coverage in the city.For other main cities such as Medellín, Cali, or Barranquilla: also 3 to 5 business days. In municipalities or less central areas, the period can extend up to 5 to 8 business days. ✅ It is essential that the dropshipper communicates these estimated times to the end customer, to align expectations.Packaging: Delicate products are shipped with bubble wrap and stretch film, to protect against bumps or moisture during transport. ✅ WARRANTY POLICY Coverage period: 15 to 25 business days, from the delivery date.Requirements to activate the warranty:Immediate order review The end customer must inspect the product upon receipt. Any issue must be reported within a maximum of 24 hours after delivery.Incomplete orders Notify immediately if products are missing. Subsequent claims will not be accepted because it is not possible to validate the omission.Damaged product or with visible cracks Any physical damage must be reported within the first 24 hours. After this period, it will not be possible to determine if the damage was from the factory or due to handling.Exclusions due to misuse We do not cover warranties for:Bumps or falls after deliveryIncorrect installationImproper use or outside product instructionsDamage due to transport If the carrier caused the damage, the claim must be made through Dropi.
