Verify that the wall is as smooth and clean as possible 2. Remove the protective paper to expose the adhesive 3. Position the paper on the wall surface and press PRODUCT WARRANTY POLICIES The product warranty must be valid. The warranty does not cover products that show damage due to customer misuse, neglect, or failure to follow instructions. Product damage must be due to a manufacturing defect, technical failure, or irregularity. The product must be new, unopened, unused, with all its original packaging, parts, accessories, complete manuals, and labels attached. For all returns, the original packaging is essential as it is as important as the product itself; handle it with the utmost care so you will not have any inconvenience when making the return. Within a period no longer than 2 business days after receiving your order, take photographs of the damages so they can be clearly seen. Try to capture different angles of the damage showing the packaging clearly on its different sides and the product with all received parts. Report the damage within two days following the date you received the product; you must communicate through the enabled contact channels to file the claim.
