Exchanges and returns
At Vatana Colombia, all our products are backed by a warranty against manufacturing defects. We also manage exchanges if the received item does not match the order or arrives with visible damage.
When can I request an exchange or return?
We accept returns and refunds under the following circumstances:

Incorrect or defective product: If you receive a wrong or damaged item, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Failure during use: If the product has a factory defect that affects its normal operation, you can report it within 7 days of receipt.
How to initiate a request?

Photographs or video evidencing the problem.

Order number or proof of purchase.
Our team will review your request within a maximum of 3 business days. We will provide different solutions depending on the specific situation.
