All orders are shipped directly from the factory to your home, without intermediaries.

Delivery times

The estimated delivery time is 12 to 20 business days.

However, most of our customers receive their order within one month from the date of purchase.

Customs and possible delays

In situations where the package is held or delayed in Mexican customs, this period is not counted within the standard delivery time.

We select our suppliers not only for the quality and cost of their products but also for their logistical efficiency and shipping speed.

If the delivery time is exceeded, we recommend that you first contact the local courier service.
If you do not receive a response, contact us immediately so we can check the order status with the supplier.

If a logistics issue is confirmed, we can offer solutions such as refunds, coupons, or package reshipment.

Tracking code

The tracking number will be sent to your email within 3 to 10 business days after order confirmation.
